Gelvin Nicholas, the voice of Dooradalliyu track. ” In the beginning of 2019, I received this song by Sharath and team. Immediately after listening to the song, I agreed to make it my own because that’s how beautiful the song was and Gelvin had rendered it effortlessly. Unfortunately we lost Gelvin to a road accident later that year. Me and my team did not know this until two weeks before the release of the track. When we heard about the news, it shocked us the most because throughout the shoot, we believed there was some energy beyond our understanding, which was helping us finish the project effortlessly and beautifully. The rain, the butterflies, the rainbow could not have been a coincidence. We all strongly believe that was Gelvin. So, as a token of respect to him, we are bringing to you the unplugged version of Dooradalliyu in his voice” – EmmJee and team
