This song is a little different from what the Queens and I normally dance to, but I just resonated with Lizzo’s message soooo much, that I had to choreograph to it. As you can see, I decided to keep this class small and intimate with some of my QNL faves. The vibes were perfect and every time that chorus came through all of us felt this rush of love. So we all want to relay this message to you watching: YOU ARE SPECIAL. EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU & WE LOVE YOU. Be sure to shine bright every chance you get, cause the world can get dark at times.
