SEnSE: An intimate studio show that is an introspective body of work from Shaun Evaristo’s personal reflections within the past few years. With this context as the base and through @endancestudio He had the opportunity to intensively work with 23 dancers from all over Japan. They were pushed physically, mentally and emotionally over 6 days to not only learn, clean, stage and perform each piece but dive into themselves and the process itself. Audience members were shown written work that pulled back the curtain into deeper context of the creative journey. What you see is the result of experimentation, personal growth and honesty.

SEnSE : Shaun自身のここ数年間を反映させた内省的な一連の作品からなるスタジオパフォーマンス。
日本中から集まった23名のインテンシブプログラムの参加者がEn Dance StudioでShaunの元トレーニングを重ねました。参加者たちは6日間に渡り身体的に、精神的に、感情的に追い込まれ、振り付けや作品を覚え、仕上げるだけではなく、自分自身やそのプロセスについて深く向き合いました。その日、ショーに足を運んだ人々は、その深く追求した制作過程を思い起こさせるような作品を目にしました。あなたが目にするものは、実験や個人の成長、そして正直さの表れです。
