February 21st 2016, KOHARU SUGAWARA showed her very first produced show “SUGAR WATER” at TERRADA WAREHOUSE in TOKYO.

The show’s theme was people’s “emotions”, and KOHARU produced the dance, music, stage, and every little detail of the show.
The venue was a concrete, lifeless “warehouse” which KOHARU breathed life into, and showed a spectacular creation that no one has ever seen before.

Dance, music, fashion, acting….
There is not a way to explain this show by one existing genre.
“SUGAR WATER” is filled with KOHARU’s love for dance.

To have the audience “feel” the music as the same way as dance, KOHARU created “live” music with the DRUMS, GUITAR, VIOLIN, and PIANO from scratch.
KOHARU created different worlds of “anger” “happiness” “escape” “loneliness” with each instrument.

Tickets sold out in a week, and over 1000 people came to see the “SUGAR WATER” show.
To share this to more people around the world, we have decided to create a DVD!

Along with the full show, we have made a complete documentary of how “SUGAR WATER” was created.

KOHARU’s ideas and thoughts are all shared here.

The DVD package itself is also KOHARU’s original.
A 32 page photo book of the show is also specially included.
